If you can cite a reliable source, feel free to add it to the article. Perhaps a better option would be to add it to Wind power in Texas; I'll see what I can do. We can search the Web for: George W. Bush renewable energy initiative Texas governor, which finds a few possible sources for this information. Incidentally, George W.
