[edit] Possible merge suggestion
- Hi, I haven't been able to add further information to this article, but I don't think it should be merged back into the main article, as there is nearly 2500 years of history to add! CheersMarkh 19:05, 23 September 2007 (UTC)
- Point taken, though I think in cases like these, it's best to start the article in one's userspace before creating the article, which has been in this stage since December of last year. — Zerida 19:29, 23 September 2007 (UTC)
- I swtiched to an {{expand}} template instead. Maybe we can add bits of information every now and then. — Zerida 19:40, 23 September 2007 (UTC)

- Do you think this should be moved to History of Karnak or History of the Precinct of Amun-Re at Karnak" ? Markh 19:40, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
- It depends on how comprehensive you'd like the article to be. A 'History of Karnak' has to include all the precincts, and so would be a bigger undertaking. However, making the article about the Karnak complex as a whole would be more in line with what the lead suggests at the moment, so I'd support it. Otherwise, adding Karnak to the title is fine if we want the article more restricted. — Zerida 04:00, 26 September 2007 (UTC)
