I removed the following: "Moses Alexander was elected mayor of Chillicothe in 1827, being the first Jew in the state to hold office." Alexander was mayor of Chillicothe, Missouri, (not Ohio) in the 1880s. --Faustus37 17:43, 5 May 2006 (UTC)
