[edit] Rent control

Willmcw, If rent control is no longer in effect, why is there this: http://santa-monica.org/rentcontrol/? BenFrantzDale 15:19, Feb 14, 2005 (UTC)

I'm sorry if that was the impression you got from the text. It was vacancy decontrol that the state law imposed. I've added a bit of text to clarify that the rest of rent control remains. Thanks for pointing out that ambiguity. Cheers, -Willmcw 20:34, 14 Feb 2005 (UTC)

[edit] PD photo-rama

I found so many good historic PD photos that I had to toss in a lot of them (there were still many more...). I think doing galleries for each relevant period was the best way to approach it. --Bobak 21:56, 17 November 2006 (UTC)

That looks good. Thanks for the effort. -Will Beback · · 00:24, 18 November 2006 (UTC)
