[edit] border
The article mentions that the border was set between NSW and WA in 1829. This is correct, however it does not say that it was 1825 when the border was changed to the 129th meridian, not 1829, before the Western Australian colony was established. This was due to the settlement on Melville Island as noted on this site (the date listed has a typo - 16 July 1925 should read 1825 like on the top of the page.) --Astrokey44 02:28, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Map inaccurate
The Blue and yelow map shows NSW from 1825 until 1836. But in fact NSW at this time also included the islands of New Zealand. There is an excellent map which shows the history on the History of Australia page, but here is a new and improved version at - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Australia_history.gif Alan Davidson 00:55, 29 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Chronology
Since the article attempts to follow the chronology of the colony, the mention of aboriginal inhabitants should come first.
[edit] Duplicate
The section on the assembly and elections is duplicated.
