[edit] Is there a Template:Gibberish tag?

The writing of this article is terrible and muddles whatever tiny scrap of actual information may present in a fog of completely meaningless adjectives and almost comically incomprehensible jargon. Text like this makes me want to gouge my brain out with a spoon. Will somebody please re-write this in plain English?

P.S. I wrote a computer program that spews gibberish like this once.

edit: {{buzzword}} seems like it should suffice.
