The Real Academia defines this ministry as El que tuvo a su cargo promover adelantos y mejoras en la agricultura, la industria, el comercio y las obras públicas. Hasta el año 1900 tuvo también a su cargo la instrucción pública. That covers a lot! I suggested 'Ministry of Development'. Other ideas? Rodney Boyd 23:31, 7 April 2006 (UTC)
