The Historical Association is an organization based in London, England which was founded in 1906. The goals of the Historical Association are to support "the study and enjoyment of history at all levels by creating an environment that promotes lifelong learning and provides for the evolving needs of people who share an interest in history."
The Association offers reduced price journals and discounts on entrance fees for historical sites, primarily in the United Kingdom. It publishes materials for teachers of primary and secondary level education as well as more general magazines for a wider readership. It is organised as local branches that present public lectures on historical subjects. The Association also advises the government on the teaching of History.
The Association's patron is Queen Elizabeth II.
