Hisaya Nakajo (中条比紗也 Nakajō Hisaya?) is a Japanese manga artist best known for Hanazakari no Kimitachi E, known in English as Hana-Kimi which appeared in the shōjo manga magazine Hana to Yume (Flowers and Dreams). In Japan, two Hana-Kimi artbooks and several drama CDs have been released. When publishing dōjinshi, she goes by the pen-name "Ryo Fumizuki" or "Peco Fujiya".

Hisaya Nakajo has put her manga career to a temporary hiatus as she is working as the artist for the Nintendo DS game Duel Love: Koisuru Otome wa Shouri no Megami. The game is set to be released March 18, 2008 in Japan. After the release of the game, Nakajo might go back to writing manga, possibly to continue her manga series Sugar Princess she left on hiatus since December 2006.
