Listed under GNU on the Japanese Wikipedia. So I'm porting it over to the English Wikipedia. Those are Hiroshima streetcars 651 and 652, the two survivors of the Second World War (and, presumably, the nuking of Hiroshima) to be running on Hiroshima rails in 2006. (Since Hibakusha refers to atomic bomb survivors, hibakudensya might denote the rolling stock version, I'm guessing.)(Four of Hiroshima's streetcars survived the war - 651, 652, 653, and 654, all of the "650 Form" (as translated by Google). 654 is on static display in front of a museum; 653 may have been returned to service.) 654 is at the Hiroshima City Transportation Museum.
