Hiraka (平鹿郡; -gun) was a district located in Akita Prefecture, Japan.
In 2003, the district had an estimated population of 65,910 and a density of 113.05 persons per km². The total area was 583.02 km².

On October 1, 2005, the towns of Hiraka, Jūmonji, Masuda, Omonogawa, Ōmori, and the villages of Sannai, and Taiyū merged into the city of Yokote and the district of Hiraka was dissolved.
