Isn't their a substantial Hindu population in Hong Kong? --Dangerous-Boy 09:37, 16 January 2006 (UTC)

I believe so, with about 15,000 Hindus living in Hond Kong. However, should we include Hong Kong in this article or create a new article specifically for Hinduism in Hong Kong? I am not too sure as even though both are considered one country now (as opposed to when Hong Kong was a British colony), Hong Kong is still both politically and culturally different from mainland China. --TBC 07:31, 18 January 2006 (UTC)

That tibetan trul-khor comes from hindu yoga and not independent is certainly a position not accepted by tibetan buddhists; untill this can be quoted to be stated in a reputable source, Im removing this assertion --83.131.132.132 19:46, 5 March 2007 (UTC)

Also what is precisely meant by this claim of tibetan buddhists attending hindu religious ceremonies because of political status of tibet? Isnt such interaction centuries old, mostly or only in Nepal, and quite unrelated? --83.131.132.132 19:53, 5 March 2007 (UTC)

Some of the facts asserted in this article, especially about the Tibetan Buddhists in the last section have no factual basis whatsoever. Also, the other assertions in this article, like the small Hindu community in Southwestern China, are doubtful, especially without any citations at all. And what's with the See also link? It has nothing to do with Hinduism in China, just Hinduism in general. And very little of the info in this article is relevant; most of the beliefs etc. stated (like yaksha) here fit more under Buddhist influences in China than Hindu ones. And lastly, the info under the Cultural revolution heading has nothing to do with Hinduism in China, it's completely irrelevant unless there were actually a Hindu community in China back then.
