Hinchinbrook Shire is a Local Government Area in north Queensland, Australia. The administrative centre of the shire is the town of Ingham. Other towns in the shire include;
- Allingham,
- Halifax,
- Toobanna
- Abergowie,
- Lucinda,
- Trebonne,
- Taylors Beach and
- Victoria Estate.
The shire had a population of 14,529 at the 2001 census[1]
