Himachal Pradesh High Court

The Himachal Pradesh High Court (Hindi: हिमाचल प्रदेश उच्च न्यायालय) is the High Court of the state of Himachal Pradesh. It was established in 1971 under the State of H.P. Act, 1970.

The court is headquartered in Shimla, the administrative capital of the state. The court has a sanctioned judge strength of 9 including the chief justice. The current chief juctice is Mr. Justice Jagdish Bhalla.
