[edit] Summary

Looking south along Tenth Avenue from under the main line of the High Line at 16th Street on a cloudy winter afternoon, two sidings enter the eastern wall of buildings.

The red brick building is the back of Chelsea Market, formerly one of the Nabisco buildings, identifiable by the curved entrance to Morimoto restaurant (seen in detail here [1]). A nearer siding enters another building.
