Zwei Hildegardia cubensis ,im Naturpark "Las Guanas" in Guardalavaca bei Holguin, Ost-Kuba, Von mir fotografiert im Mai 2004: Vegetationsphase ohne Blätter, es sind ca. nur 100 Exemplare in der unmittelbaren Gegend zu finden. Vermehrungsexperimente werden an der Universität in Holguin betreut. s.a. Google (Bilder).
