Hilton Athens is located in Athens, Greece. The hotel faces the Acropolis on one of the city's most fashionable avenues, just a few minutes' walk from the city centre, opposite the National Gallery (Athens) and close to many major companies, shopping areas and embassies. With a collection of 14 newly designed meeting rooms, incorporating Hilton Meetings, a business centre and a vast exhibition space.

  • One of the first highrises completed in Athens in 1963 but never gained the title of the first skyscraper of the city which, in the eyes of the Athenians goes to the Athens Tower 1 (1971).
  • After an extensive renovation, the hotel resumed its operations in the beginning of 2003. During the renovation works, the hotel was completely refurbished and was added a new 7-storey northern wing with an additional 74 rooms and suites, thus rising the total of available rooms to 517.
  • The hotel was chosen to be the main accommodation site for the members of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) during the Athens 2004 Summer Olympic Games.
