Hillsview is a town in McPherson County, South Dakota, United States. The population was 3 at the 2000 census. According to the United States Census Bureau, it is one of only nine places in the United States with a population of three people. The others are East Blythe, California, North Red River Township, Minnesota, Rulien Township, Minnesota, Hush Lake, Minnesota, Pfeiffer Lake, Minnesota, Livermore, New Hampshire, Point of Rocks, Wyoming, and Hobart Bay, Alaska.
