The Hillsborough Stakes is an American Thoroughbred horse race run annually in mid March at Tampa Bay Downs in Tampa, Florida.

A Grade III event since 2004, it is open to fillies and mares, three years of age and older. Raced on turf, since 2004 it has been contested at a distance of 1⅛ miles (9 furlongs) prior to which it was run at 11/16 miles.
