[edit] Notable former pupils
Famous former pupils include musicians The Coral, actor Daniel Craig, Olympic cyclist Chris Boardman, Chester City F.C. player Paul Linwood, British Badminton player Guy Brundrett, and former and now disgraced nobel prize nominee Louis Godefroy. Hilbre also had a highly successful Clockee team consisting of Guy Brundrett, Chris Seddon, Matthew Balnaves, Dominic Fitzpatrick, Rob Evans, Ben Mounsey and Steven 'Pinner' Young. The aforementioned also still currently hold the Boomie Ball record of 721 consecutive keep-ups in the common room, a score unlikely to be beaten.
