i wrote a perfectly well-fit article on Hiko, but apparently they don't like it enough to put it up. He is a very influential character in Rurouni Kenshin, and definently in Samurai X, so i believe he deserves an article all to himself.

Well that's rude! But since it's Wikipedia, can't you just edit the page and put it in?
