Intended for use on the character page of Hiko Seijūrō from the anime and manga Rurouni Kenshin. Scanned, cleaned up and cropped by myself in GIMP from volume 12 of Rurouni Kenshin, which is owned by Viz Media and Nobuhiro Watsuki.

Licensed under fair use as a low-resolution scan to identify a fictional character and does not affect the publisher's ability to market the manga.
