What does "low-budget style" supposed to mean? DoubleBlue 13:55, 2 Apr 2005 (UTC)

  • Well, low-budget should mean that it was done upon thrift (i.e. situations when funding is reduced). I have traveled on Highway 548 numerous times, and most of it isn't up to quality pavement standards like major highways. --SuperDude 23:41, 15 May 2005 (UTC)
