Assessment comments

I've cited a source which plainly shows that Rebecca Jackson does hold a position with Highview Baptist. Whether or not this is a "staff position" is open for conjecture, I suppose. If she longer holds the position, you may change it to past tense, but don't remove it completely, as Jackson's involvement with the church is notable due to her position in the community. In the current form I can accept it. My only problem with the original comment was that she was on staff. I have been on staff at this church for almost 2 years and had never heard of Mrs. Jackson until I saw this on the Wiki article. Granted we have a very large staff, but it's not that large. Having been a part of a large church before (Assemblies of God, not Baptist), I can tell you that sometimes staff members can get lost in the shuffle. :-) I suspect that Jackson's position with Highview is either volunteer or part-time, since we know her full-time job is with the WHAS Crusade for Children. In fact, working on the Crusade article is how I worked my way around to this article — the Crusade led to Jackson, and Jackson led to Highview. I was a bit surprised that Highview didn't have an article already. Realkyhick 17:57, 12 June 2007 (UTC)
