[edit] Rename to High People's Court

This article, "Supreme People's Court (Provincial)", is about zh:高级人民法院, which is usually translated as "High People's Court" or "Higer People's Court". I think that "High (or Higher) People's Court" is a more proper name (See the translation of Organic Law of the People's Courts of the People's Republic of China [1], in which the translation is "Higher People's Court". ) I wll move it if there is no objection.--Neo-Jay 13:54, 16 September 2006 (UTC)
