This is some what equivalent to the Supreme Court of the United States so may be presented in a similar manner. -- Cat ^chi? 06:30, 24 May 2006 (UTC)

• Not really, as the SCOTUS deals more with constitutional issues, choosing not to address "lesser" concerns. If my understanding is correct, it would be closer to the Constitutional Court of Turkey. Indeed the linked article explicitly mentions "supreme court" in the preamble. --Adoniscik (talk) 04:20, 26 December 2007 (UTC)
