I've attempted to rewrite this page in a neutral manner. I'd appreciate any suggestions on why this is flagged as a possible advertisement and is not written in a neutral manner. unfortunately there are no peer-reviewed or published documents to cite. I've looked at entries for other land trusts (listed on the Land Trust Alliance Wikipedia entry) and this one for the High Country Conservancy is, I feel, comparable.
