"Highway Song" is a song by System of a Down from the album Steal This Album!. One of the many songs that were leaked online in 2002 before the albums release. The leaked mp3 version of this song was titled "Want Me to Try" by fans, but was later corrected by the band, when the official tracklist to what would become "Steal This Album" was released.
The song is one of the few that feature John's hi-hat to snare drum combos. This combo is used in other songs such as Deer Dance.
