Highway D3 (Czech: Dálnice D3) is a highway in the Czech Republic. It will go from Prague through Tábor and České Budějovice to Kaplice and there continue as Expressway R3.
As of December 2007 only 15 km of full motorway (+ 20 km of semi-motorway) are in operation near the city of Tábor and Veselí nad Lužnicí. Most controversial and disputed is planned segment in the Central Bohemian Region.

25 km long section from Kaplice to the border with Austria with future Mühlviertler Schnellstraße is considered to be built as Expressway R3.
