Highland Park Middle School (HPMS) is a secondary school located in Highland Park, Texas (USA).
It is the only middle school in the Highland Park Independent School District school district.
It serves most of the city of Highland Park, all of the city of University Park, and portions of Dallas.
The current principal, Laurie Norton, is principal of both HPMS and McCullouch Intermediate School (MIS); the two schools are separate entities according to the district (HPMS serves Grades 7-8 while MIS serves Grades 5-6), but share the same building.
In 2005, HPMS was named a National Blue Ribbon School [1] In addition, when it was known as McCulloch Middle School (prior to the current arrangement) it was named a 1990-91 National Blue Ribbon School. [2]
