High throughput screening (HTS)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

High throughput screening (HTS) is a method in research and development for identifying target materials or molecules with modern techniques like computer aided programming, robotic sampling and data processing and exporting.

In bio-medical field, it's importance is increasing for answering the urgent need in development of new drugs for disease like cancer and neurodegerneation illness(i.e. Alzheimer).
