High on Crack Street

High on Crack Street is a 1995 film directed and produced by Richard Farrell. Taking place in Lowell, Massachusetts. The documentary shows the seedier side of Lowell focusing mostly around the Highland neighborhoods between Upper Westford, Upper Chelmsford Street, and Cupples Square. The filmakers follow around three people Boo, Brenda, and former Professional Boxer Dickie Eklund (Brother of Mickey Ward)in their daily exploits to get high.
