[edit] History

High Voltage Magazine was created in 2003 by eight music fanatics who wanted to share their love for music with the rest of the world. [1] They began as an online publication unaware of what they could accomplish and in March of 2006 unveiled the first print issue of High Voltage Magazine. The first print issue featured The Shys on the cover. One year later, March of 2007, they released their second print issue featuring Van Gunn on the cover.

High Voltage Magazine works with artists and their record labels, management, and publicity firms to create as much unique content as possible. They also host monthly events at a local club in Los Angeles, Safari Sam's, which showcase up-and-coming talent. [2]
