A former subordinate of Gibbs asks for his help in investigating the case of a sailor who overdosed on meth while on liberty, but the sailor claims he's never touched the drug.After another sailor is overdosed and claims that he hasn't touch drugs,Gibbs turns his suspicion to a higher ranked sailor.
