DJ duo composed of childhood friends Patrick Evans and Joseph Myers in late 2005. Both born in Chelmsford and raised in London, the duo have been mixing since the mid 1990s in the area of Chelmsford and were only known as mobile DJs at the time. In 2001 the duo managed to get local label "Bilson Records" to release "High Temper", a release which demonstrated the duo's distinctive Electro sound. The release, however, did not get much play in the clubs, yet the duo's success as DJs began increasing.
In 2005, the duo went on tour playing in numerous clubs in the New York City - Los Angeles Metropolitan Areas. While on tour at a club in Los Angeles, they met a counterpart DJ who would be able to give the duo the next "big thing". With connections to many famous producers, the duo was interested in remaking hits in the US to try and equalize the success in the UK and at the same thing, try to give themselves as much success as well.
When the movie and soundtrack to High School Musical were both finished, the duo was invited to preview the movie in October of 2005. That same day the producers of the movie soundtrack, Kenny Ortega, Bill Borden, and Barry Rosenbush, decided to approve the duo's request for the remake of several of the movie's songs.
The duo was offered the opportunity to record for Virgin Records, yet both signed onto Megatone Records in the US and the Ministry of Sound subsidiary labels in Europe.
The duo's first release was the cover of "Get 'Cha Head In The Game" titled simply as "In The Game" with Zac Efron as backing vocals. This was recorded in Los Angeles at Patrick Cowley's Megatone Records and released by the beginning of December 2005 as DJ Promos exactly 3 weeks before the movie would be released to the public.
By the end of the month, the duo returned to Chelmsford to continue their success as mobile DJs and as of January 2008, both have travelled for more recordings in Los Angeles and San Francisco. Both are working on releasing a mix compilation by the end of July 2008.
