High Point Cocoa

Brevard County, Florida located in the town of Cocoa. It is home to the highest point in Brevard County, listed by the USGS as being 83 feet above[1] sea level at its apex. The county Central Disposal Facility[2] in Cocoa has a higher elevation than High Point, but the USGS does not consider this to be land mass.

High Point is located at [3]. The area is located at the north east junction of 528 and US1 in the northern section of Cocoa.
- To the north: Sharpes
- To the east: Indian River
- To the south: Rockledge
- To the west: Canaveral Groves

High Point consists of businesses, such as hotels and office buildings on its western side and homes built in the 1960s and 1970s on its eastern side, as the hill makes its steep descent to the bank of the Indian River. Recently there has been some new development in the area, although unused land is scarce.[4]
