HIS is a computer hardware company that produces ATI Radeon series video cards. They are located in Hong Kong.

HIS produces ATI Radeon series based video cards. Recently, they released their versions of the Radeon HD3850 series cards, claiming to be the fastest Radeon HD3850 card out there.[1] Most HIS video cards also feature IceQ cooling; a cooling system on video cards used by HIS that is -according to HIS- faster, cooler, and quieter. The IceQ cooling system is rare on older cards, such as the Radeon 9xxx series. On VIVO cards they are not to be found at all, as on their All-in-Wonder or PCI cards. Their video cards are targeted primarily towards gamers, as represented by their slogan, "Power Up, Gamers!"
