Higashimatsuyama (東松山 Higashimatsuyama-shi?) (literally "East Matsuyama") is a city located in Saitama, Japan.

As of April 1, 2004, the city has an estimated population of 90,417 (33,640 households) and a population density of 1,384 persons per km². The total area is 65.33 km².

The city was founded on July 1, 1954.

The city is served by Takasaka and Higashi-Matsuyama Stations on the Tōbu Tōjō Main Line providing a direct rail service to Ikebukuro in Tokyo.
