Hello,
I am writing to check if your company had a photo or two you might consider releasing under a free license to be uploaded to the Wikipedia article about Hideous Liqueur. A photo of the bottle, as well as a photo of the liqueur in a glass, would be great.

Many thanks and best,

Great, thanks--this looks good. I'll convert it to a .jpg before uploading it (that's the preferred photo file format).
Just one last question: to be uploaded for use at Wikipedia, photos must be released by their photographer as "free" (i.e. freely usable), usually using a license such as the GFDL or Creative Commons. What this means is that the photographer allows the photo to be reused by anyone, for any purpose (including educational, commercial, or any other purpose). However, it would be specified that the photo be credited to the photographer (and your company), with a link to your website.
If you'd be amenable to that, just let me know and I'll put it up there. It would be good to know the name of the photographer, as well as the date and location it was taken.
Thanks again and best,
--

I sent you a digital rendering of the bottle, hence no photographic credit needed.
