Hideharu Miyahara (born December 21, 1973) is a retired Japanese ski jumper who competed from 1994 to 2006. He won four medals at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships with three silvers (1999: individual and team large hills, 2003: team large hill) and one bronze (1999: individual normal hill).
Miyahara competed at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, finishing 5th in the team large hill and 24th in the individual large hill. He also competed at the Ski-flying World Championships, with best finishes of 5th in the team competition in 2004 and 10th in the individual competition in 2000.
During his career, Miyahara has five individual career victories from 1999 to 2003.
