Hidden City Games
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Hidden City Games was founded in 2004 by Peter Adkison and Jesper Myrfors. The company, started in Seattle, Washington was originally founded for the sole purpose of publishing Clout Fantasy a game invented by Jesper Myrfors.
Hidden City Games primary effort now is Bella Sara, a TCG for girls 6 to 12 years old, featuring fantasy horses and inspirational messages. Each card has a unique code which when entered in the website at www.bellasara.com unlocks that horse online, to be taken care of like a virtual pet.
November 2006 Hidden City Games secured $15 million in venture funding from Rustic Canyon Partners and Trinity Ventures, intended to significantly grow the online portion of the business, developing www.bellasara.com into a leading internet destination for girls 6 to 12.
