HICESC stands for Hertfordshire Intensive Care & Emergency Simulation Centre. The new health sciences and research building provides a world leading teaching environment for a variety of health related, disciplines as well as a dedicated research facility.
The Health Sciences building consists of:
• ITU/Ward Simulation area
• Simulated community / hospital pharmacy
• Simulated GP surgery
• Simulated counselling room
• Clinical skills lab
• Observation / seminar rooms
• State-of-the-art audio manikins
• State-of-the-art audio visual equipment
• Conference facilities
