[edit] US stuff

Again Wikipedia is assuming everyone understands all these strange american terms. This article should make clear that hiatus is a term used in the USA (maybe Canada also). All this reference to 'sweeps', 'mid-season replacements' and 'hiatus' is confusing for normal wikipedia users.
