This image is submitted under Wikipedia's fair use guidelines. It is a low-resolution reproduction of the CD cover art for the main subject of the article to which it is being uploaded. The image is the primary means of visual identification of the subject (i.e., the CD), and its resolution is low enough such that it could not be used in creating counterfeit copies of the subject.
