In Native American folk tales and lore, Heyeohkah (pronounced heyoka) is the Coyote (mythology) that is the mocking shadow of the creator god as well as the bringer of benefits to humankind. He is the classic trickster that brings clarity through deception to those who are seeking wisdom.
