The airline was established on 30 March 1991, is owned by Financiere Hex'Air (80%) and has 8 employees (at March 2007).[1]

Hex'Air operates services to the following domestic scheduled destinations (at August 2006)[citation needed]: Castres, Le Puy, Lyon, Paris (Orly Airport) and Rodez.
