[edit] Extradition

I cut out the portion on the bottom stating that he had been extradited on 17 Feb. because there was no citation. I realize that "P2PFreak" may not be the most reputable of sources, but I feel that a semi-respectable source is better than none at all.TomTwerk 19:32, 21 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Free Trade Agreement

I have just deleted two polemical anti-US-Australia FTA references from this article, primarily because they were not cited in the article.

Furthermore, I want to raise as a discussion point that as much of the Williams case occurred prior to the enactment of the Aus-US FTA, I think it is inappropriate that it be cited as the reason for his detention. I think there may be quite valid legal objections to why he was detained, but clearly the Aus-US FTA is not one of them, given that it was not in effect at the time!

The statements referring to the Aus-US FTA are therefore wrong, and I shall be editting them within a week if there is not contravening discussion. Meson81 09:32, 16 April 2007 (UTC)
