[edit] Former?!?

Why is it a separate article? Why is it called "former"? Heves county has existed continuously for centuries despite its territory changed many times in history, sometimes significantly. But its existence never ended and a "recent Heves county" was never born.

So, this article must be merged with Heves (county) being part of the history of that.
