[edit] Spanish Bayonet
I was searching for info on Spanish Bayonet and was forwarded to this entry. But the plant I have always known as this is Yucca aloifolia, which is native to Florida (or possibly Mexico) (http://www.floridata.com/ref/Y/yucc_alo.cfm) (http://hort.ifas.ufl.edu/shrubs/YUCALOA.PDF) (http://www.merriam-webster.com/cgi-bin/dictionary?va=spanish%20bayonet/) (http://www.britannica.com/eb/topic-558026/Spanish-bayonet). However, in the last few minutes I have found even more "Spanish Bayonets" - Yucca glauca, Yucca faxoniana, Yucca harrimaniae, Yucca filamentosa... so I suppose every region has it's own version. Perhaps one day this will merit a disambiguation page, but since I see no entry for Yucca aloifolia to link to, it won't be today. [User:65.83.195.235] 08:11, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
