[edit] Welcome to Wikipedia!
Dear Hert23: welcome to Wikipedia, a free and open-content encyclopedia. I hope you enjoy contributing. To help get you settled in, I thought you might find the following pages useful:
Don't worry too much about being perfect. Very few of us are! Just in case you are not perfect, click here to see how you can avoid making common mistakes.
If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user talk (discussion) page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. A third option is to ask a more experienced user such as an administrator.
One last bit of advice: please sign any discussion comment with four tildes (~~~~). The software will automatically convert this into your signature which can be altered in the "Preferences" tab at the top of the screen. I hope I have not overwhelmed you with information. If you need any help just let me know. Once again welcome to Wikipedia, and don't forget to tell us about yourself and be BOLD! Dan0 00 20:07, 27 March 2007 (UTC)
List of Famous Bibles
Welcome to Wikipedia! We welcome your help to create new content, but your recent additions (such as List of Famous Bibles) are considered nonsense. Please refrain from creating nonsense articles. If you want to test things out, edit the sandbox instead. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Dan0 00 20:07, 27 March 2007 (UTC)
Firstly, please sign your posts on talk pages with ~~~~, which you didn't do on my talk page. Secondly, I didn't delete the article myself. I'm not an admin. I only suggested it be deleted. Thirdly, the article didn't contain encyclopedic content. Before you create an article, it might be helpful to ask yourself, "Is this something I might find in the Encyclopedia Brittanica?" If the answer is no, it's probably not the best idea to add it to Wikipedia. Dan0 00 20:18, 27 March 2007 (UTC)
